Participants spend the nine day course immersed in a varied programme of chamber music coaching, individual lessons, rehearsals with piano, musicianship classes and string orchestra sessions. When not in lessons, there is plenty of space available for practice. During the course everyone has the chance to perform to each other informally in the music room, as well as taking part in the formal concerts in the barn and the local 12th century church.

 

In order to fully benefit from the teaching and chamber music opportunities participants are required to have reached a minimum standard of grade 6 and above.
